We pick our orders the morning after you place your order. Our online inventory is pulled straight off our retail floor and we update our stock daily. There may be a rare instance where we will be sold out of something that you ordered; we will call you promptly and will work towards resolving the issue by offering you another product or giving you a refund.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items MUST be in new condition. Please include original receipt or any paperwork that was included in your package.
