Since 1972, Feathered Friends has been making the finest down sleeping bags, parkas and jackets in the world. We've been owned by the same family since the beginning, and our factory has remained in Seattle to this day. For the products we make, the design philosophy is simple: find the best shell materials available for the intended use and fill it with the best down we can find. We'll put it all together in a place where we can oversee the entire manufacturing process - from start to finish.

Shipping Information:
We pick our orders the morning after you place your order. Our online inventory is pulled straight off our retail floor and we update our stock daily. There may be a rare instance where we will be sold out of something that you ordered; we will call you promptly and will work towards resolving the issue by offering you another product or giving you a refund.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns must be made within 30 days accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be in new and unused condition. Absolutely NO returns on technical climbing equipment and SALE items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
